We’re a locally owned carpentry company (since 1989) known for custom outdoor spaces that are as solid as they are stunning—from decks to custom benches. As part of our team, you won’t just estimate jobs, you’ll help bring dream projects to life.
What You’ll Do

- Any new self generated sales will be commission based.
- Create detailed and competitive quotes that reflect both client goals and project scope
- Review architectural drawings, blueprints, and customer-supplied requirements
- Communicate with potential and current clients to clarify details and answer questions
- Collaborate with our project managers and carpentry teams to ensure quote accuracy
- Stay sharp on our product offerings, pricing strategies, and industry standards
- Contribute to customer satisfaction by being prompt, clear, and reliable in your communication
What You Bring
- Solid experience in construction, estimating, or a similar field
- Confidence navigating Gmail, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office tools
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-first environment
