Positions Available

Qualifications:
  • Expert-level superintendent with 5–10 years of experience
  • Strong carpentry + full-scope building knowledge 
  • Proven ability to lead crews, work well with others, and teach/mentor
  • Can plan ahead, see next steps, and assign tasks to keep projects moving
  • Ensures work is completed correctly, with excellent workmanship and strong attention to detail
  • Able to verify builds meet code requirements
  • Willing to grab tools and jump in to push progress or close out a job
  • Enforces workplace safety regulations
  • Comfortable working with contractors, subcontractors, and homeowners
  • Detail-oriented (understands that missing a detail can impact job profitability)
  • Must be able to:
    • Cut stair stringers
    • Build and cut roof structures
  • Willing to work at heights
  • Reliable and professional with an eye for detail and pride in the work
  • Schedule: starts at the shop just before 6am, Monday–Friday
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Must pass a physical

Qualifications:
  • Experience in code compliant construction and carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and lay out a project is preferred
  • Physical endurance to handle various tasks in different weather conditions
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to delegate tasks and ensure timely completion
  • Capability to meet carpentry deadlines and uphold safety standards
  • Ownership of a tool belt and basic hand tools
  • Successful completion of pre-employment physical and drug screenings
  • Valid Drivers License
